I
wanted to thank Father Fernando for coming to Our Lady of Good
Council Church
in Milwaukee, WI. The day of the mass I was quite ill from
hepatitis. This
is an incurable form of hepatitis. I was pretty sure I wouldn't
make it to
the Mass. At the last minute I prayed that God would give me the
strength to
attend Father Fernando's Mass. I did make it to the Mass, and
progressively,
throughout the Mass I felt better and better. By the time
prayer time came,
where Father Fernando prays with everyone, I was cured
of hepatitis. But, this
was probably a once in a lifetime chance, and I knew
God might have more things
to heal than just my hepatitis.
I
went up to get prayer. I had more energy than in the past two years. I didn't
think there was any way I would fall over like the rest of the people, but as
Father Fernando prayed with me I went limp and fell over. I felt tingly and warm
all over. My liver swelling went away, and it hasn't returned since. That has
been about a month. I went back to the doctor to find out if the virus is gone,
but I don't have the test results back yet. I feel completely cured. My kidneys
are working again. I can digest food again.
My digestive tract seems to be healed up, and I have energy.
I
used to sleep 12 hours a night before I went to Father Fernando's Mass. Now, sometimes
I can only sleep four hours, and I feel pretty good. Father Fernando says, "If
you have The Holy Spirit within you, please inform your face". I did that,
and I smile a lot more now. I can't thank Jesus enough for His Supreme Sacrifice
of consenting, by His own free Will to sacrifice Himself, shedding His Blood,
becoming The Perfect Living Sacrifice, being the only male human without the blemish
of sin, and atoning for the sins of all mankind; so I could be forgiven for my
sin, and delivered from the consequences of my sin. By The Precious Blood of Jesus,
In The Name of Jesus Christ, by The Authority given to Father Fernando by The
Holy Spirit to set the prisoners free, I am indeed healed and delivered. I have
a second chance at life, to serve God instead of Satan.
If
anyone is entrenched in patterns of intentional sin, keep this in mind: 'When
a trench gets deep enough it becomes a grave.' Go have Mass with Father Fernando
and be free. He has been given authority to forgive sin for anyone who is willing
to forgive themselves and others.

On July 13, I rushed my husband to the ER because he felt extremely tired and
weakening of his right arm and leg. Since my husband, Rufino (Bing) Salazar, Jr.,
is a cancer survivor, any pain he feels is a major cause for concern. He has been
in remission since 1997. The doctors did not actually cure him. In fact, they
conceded to the Great Physician. My husband's recovery from cancer is all the
work of God. We have great faith in prayer healing. That's why when we were informed
that he suffered two mild strokes and a spiculated mass was seen in his lungs,
I immediately called my aunt-in-law, Wawa Abejuela, in the Philippines to activate
the prayer brigade. She has heard of your ministry and texted us to send Bing's
picture for your healing service.
The day that you blew into my husband's
picture was the day he felt strength in his right arm and leg. A renewed energy
flowed into his body, making him more optimistic about his recovery from the stroke.
Bing is such a strong and willful person. The bout with cancer did not destroy
his spirits instead he fought with vigor and strong faith. The inability to move
his right arm and leg, however, was devastating for him. The prospect of a future
with this handicapped depresses him. It's so unlike Bing to feel defeated. The
healing, however, imbued in him an energy that makes him realize there's a light
at the end of the tunnel.
A few days later, his doctor emailed us that
the radiologist thinks the mass in his lungs is a scar, and that he may not need
a thoracic surgery. I emailed this letter to all my relatives as a testimony to
the healing power of God through you. Today, his oncologist informs us that there's
no urgency to whatever they saw in his lungs. They want Bing to recover his strength,
and they may do a bronchoscopy which is less invasive or another scan.
I claim that this is indeed healing from God with you as the instrument. My husband
has been down this road three times, and God has sent three healers. How amazing!
My sister in San Diego, Dulce Peppler, will be attending your service. I hope
you can bring your service here in San Francisco. Please include Bing in your
prayers and pray for continued healing, strength, and good health. Thank you for

My very personal thanks to you for being a humble instrument
of the Lord Our God in healing my brother Noel of his arm, neck, and shoulder
problems. For almost a year, he has been going for various therapies and tests
to diagnose his condition. He could not lift his arm and he had so much trouble
using his arm and hand due to the severe pain he experienced in his neck, shoulder,
and back. A month or two ago I asked him to go for an MRI just to find out what's
wrong (because I was very concerned that his spine is affected). A series of therapeutic
exercises were prescribed to him and while the pain had gone away, he continued
to have difficulty in the use of his arm, hand, and shoulder.
Last Friday,
he called me to say that he praises the Lord because He healed him through the
power He gave you for healing. He was in tears when he was telling me this because
he thought he would be suffering from the chronic pain he experienced for the
rest of his life. He is so grateful for this miracle...for this most wondrous
blessing from God.
Thank you very much Fr. Fernando for being such a powerful
instrument of the Lord. GLORY AND PRAISE TO OUR GOD WHO ALONE GIVES LIGHT TO OUR
DAY!

Two
years ago, i came to Father Fernando for healing at the Yamamoto's place. I was
slain then. But what made the event more memorable were Father's words of hope,
spoken unexpectedly because i had already bidden him goodbye. He then quickly
looked back at me and said, "Don't worry, Ernie, you will live long to see
many grandchildren!" That was enough. For someone like me who felt cut after
the stroke, that was enough. Father had spoken magic.
Three wednesdays
ago, I was again at his healing mass. He seems to have forgotten me. But as i
answered his question about what had happened to me, Father noted my smile and
insisted that I'm healed and should let go of my cane. He took my cane and asked
me to walk without it. I have not clung to my cane since. Perhaps Father was telling
me I had little faith. I just need to believe.

Praise be to our Lord Jesus Christ and for his grace
shed upon us through your ministry. I am happy to report that I have been free
of the symptoms of my bipolar mood disorder since you prayed for me this past
March of 2006. I have suffered from this disorder since my early 20's. They began
in 1980 when I was in the Navy. I underwent insomnia, depressions and painful
manic episodes. Behavioral problems cropped up and I was released from the Navy
and immediately commited a felony and spent 6 months in jail. I have three wrecked
marriages and a terrible employment history as a result of my disease. I am happy
to say that I have been gainfully employed at the same company for the past 6
years. I used to be plagued with sexual compulsion to the point of torture. I
specifically chose certain bipolar medicines that suppress sexual desire due to
this compulsion. I was afraid that they would return when I quit taking them.
But, happily, I have complete peace in that area of my life now. I am even thinking
that I can go the rest of my life as a celibate man. God is good. Thank you for
your faithfulness in your ministry. May he richly bless you and those you minister
to.

We praise thank Him,life for my whole family has never been the same again. The
past month, has been filled with countless blessings as we witness the awesome
power and majesty of God. Your presence in our midst is a manifestation of God's

So many people are just awed how God is using
you as His instrument to experience His love and healing. Right before our very
eyes we saw the miracles of healing, the lame walked, the deaf heard, the dumb
talked and the blind saw. The healing session in our home is a testament that
God indeed must be glorified.On top of all these, the conversion of both the rich

I thank God for using you as an instrument to heal many of
your countrymen. I had the chance to bring my dad (Sick of Parkinsons) and my
mom (goiter & dizziness) to attend your healing mass at BF Paranaque. I was
so focused on praying for their healing, yet God had a great surprise for me too.
After you laid your hands on my dad and my mom, I dared to ask you to pray for
my healing of a 12 year pain in my lower left back area. You said sciatica lang
yan, and we prayed together. I prayed with my eyes shut so tight, hoping that
this strategy will be more effective, and on your second laying of hands, I felt
a great relief! To this day, I still thank God and pray for you for the wonderful
healing miracle I received unexpectedly. The gospel that day was about having
faith even as small as a mustard seed and we can move mountains. Daily, I waver
from great mustard sized faith to mango sized faith, and I noticed that when my
faith is great, I feel so completely cured. However, when it wavers to a dot,
my pain seems to creep in, and so I say"get out of my mind Satan, only Jesus
, Jesus , Jesus lives in me." Instantly, I feel strong and well again. My
mom and dad still complains about not being healed and so I share with them my
experience of titer tottering with my faith. Indeed, faith is the key to God's
wonderful blessings.

God fill you with good health, and a stronger and nobler desire to help our countrymen.

My
name is Gina Taylor from Colton, California. I travelled with my companions founder
of St. Stephen Mission Outreach founder Steve Roquet, Sister Cecelia from Carmelites
of Subic, and a friend EMY, and we witnessed the Healing mass held at Banaue Mt
province last July with Father Fernando.
The whole community was
overwhelmed with Faith and Believed in Father Fernando's healing. I was one of
them, and my companions as well. I prayed for my special child who is partially
have impaired in sight, but the sweetest child on earth anyone can meet. His name
is Abram. He is now 10 years old. He had eye surgery, but he cannot recover his
depth perception. He is wearing eyeglasses all the time. I asked prayers for his
eyesight to better from Fr. Fernando. i had my son's picture held in my chest
and Fr. Fernado prayed it over. I believed! I love my son very much! I was in
Philippines for 1 month... I came back to California, my son can ride the BIKE
so confident by himself! without the other 2 assisted wheels! He can ride up to

I am one of those who have personally heard testimonies about
the
healing that God works thru your hands and I thank Him mightily for
caring
so much for us to continue to work His miracles until this

girls working here at the office went to your
session in Makati somewhere in
July or so and witnesses that her
melanoma cells were gone after going to your
mass. This poor girl is
only in her early forties and already had her index
finger amputated
to take away the malignant and infected part and now she is
so
thankful to God that she found an answer to her prayer thru you. You
see
father, she and her husband has just adopted a cute and lovely 4
year old girl
so she was worried about this. But as it were, God
willed it and thanks to
you too, we have one more jubilant and
witnessing soul here on earth.

seen your schedule father and I'm aware that you will be coming

Philippines next month. I'll probably go to one of those
sessions as I live

Dear
Father Fernando,
I attended the healing mass at St. Maurices on Friday
evening and came
forward to see you and have you place your hands on me. When
asked, I
told you my name and that we had exchanged brief emails and the only
words I could seem to get out after that was that I had asthma and was there to
accept God's will and that I was willing to continue to carry the weight of whatever
burden he placed on me and accept it as his plan or path for me to follow.
Admittedly
my words were not quite as elequent that evening as all of
this is a new experience
for me.
Some 15
minutes later as I left the Church with my wife who sang in the choir that evening,
I told her that I would see her at home in a couple of minutes as I had parked
my car about 2 blocks away.
I
noticed that my ankle, which had caused me some pain and discomfort in church
earlier, was absent of any pain whatsoever.
Twenty-two
years ago I fractured my right ankle while playing competitive volleyball and
have suffered frequently with severe arthritic pain. It was a very bad break where
all the doctor was able to do was to vacuum out the crushed bones and put me on
pain killers that were commonly prescribed to opium addicts, leaving me with no
lateral movement in the foot and frequent agony.
The
pain occurs after I stand or walk too much (as I had done all Friday) or if there
is rain or dampness or a chill in the air or about a dozen other events, often
crippling me to the point that even with an ankle brace, I am forced to crawl
on my hands and knees for 1-2 hours or more before I am able to put any weight
on the ankle again.
Well
I walked to a lamp post and began twsiting my ankle in ways that would normally
shoot pain throughout my entire body and leave me limping for the next couple
of hours, but there was no pain. I then crossed the street and began pacing outside
the church and then proceeded to walk on some uneven grass (another no, no for
me as this has inevtiably caused the ankle to sieze up, and deliver a dose of
pain that would make most people yell out).
I
walked over to another lamp post and started pulling and pushing the foot in every
direction, expecting some discomfort at the very least, but not an ounce of pain.
Back
into the church a few minutes later where I paced in the rear while you continued
with healing others that had waited so patiently. In between my pacing, I would
lean on a pew and start playing with the foot, again expecting that a throb or
an ache would surely start at any second, but still not a thing, not an ounce
of discomfort.
So
evident were my actions in the church that a couple of parishioners that I know
approached me to ask what I was doing and after telling them, I was encouraged
to approcah the alter, take the mic and announce to everyone that God had come
to me and taken away my pain.
Earlier
that evening during the regular part of the mass I felt the same overwhelming
power of what I can only assume to be God's presence that I felt when I attended
a Retrouvaille retreat last November, albeit not quite the same intensity. At
that time, I could hear the voices of many people praying for us, the couples
atttending the retreat, and I felt the overwhelming power of prayer for the first
time. It left me in tears and made a dramatic change in my spiritual life (although
I still have a
long way to go).
Today
I worked in the basement in my bare feet for 3 hours lifting and moving heavy
boxes while placing incredible strain on the bad ankle, an event that previously
would have me on the couch for the rest of the night,leg in the air and several
tylenols to ease the pain. Yet here I am 2 hours later, having made dinner for
my family, taken a shower and sitting down to email you and tell you that I still
havent a single ounce of pain or discomfort in the ankle.
God
clearly works in mysterious ways and He clearly works through you.
I
was overjoyed to be able to attend the healing mass, to see you and to have the
opportunity to listen to you speak and to have you assist God in blessing me with
His healing powers.
I
felt the inner strength that you possess, it eminated throughout the Church and
it is powerful but I must also tell you that I heard a different voice than yours
spoken from your mouth when you spoke my name and told me "Malcolm,, just
let if go". There was no trace of any accent, it was slightly deeper in tone,
soft yet very very very clear, over and above everything else you had said before
and yet the words came from your lips.
Thank
you Father Fernando for accepting the powerful gift that God has given you and
sharing it with so many people while maintaining such a wonderful sense of humility,
humour and faith. He couldnt have chosen a better person to help Him touch so
many people.

and I attended the healing mass last night at St Maurice's church. What a wonderful
evening it was. We travelled in from Carleton Place with four other people. Once
the evening came to an end and we were on our way home, we all remarked on how
peaceful and relaxed we felt. One of the men in our group experienced a healing
to his arm and did witness his comfort at the church. We are all looking forward
to the next healing mass, and will certainly talk about our experience to others.

Evening Father Fernando,
First of all I would like to Praise and Thank
the Almighty God for
giving you the gift of healing. I attended the healing
mass that was held here in San Diego last August 4, 2006. I experienced a back
injury from work. I was in pain before the mass. When you did the general healing
after the sermon, I felt my shoulder and my back was so light and relax. I felt
the Holy Spirit that moment. When you prayed and touch my pain on my back, I experienced
the slain with the Holy Spirit. I felt so relax and warmth. When I woke up the
pain was gone up to this very moment. Sometimes I felt a little pain but I prayed
over it. I say, I know Lord you already healed me. Then I don't feel anything.
I had been sharing my experienced and my husband with all my friends and family.
Most of them attended your healing masses and experienced the healing power.

I would like to thank Father Fernando for unfolding God's miracle in front of
me! I was in Manila between Aug. 12th ~24th. I met a friend named Jessica Prado.
She is a Sales Executive of Sharp Travel Services, Inc. based in Makati City.
Before
I left the country, we developed a friendship that led us to a very close bonding.
We have communicated thru text, email and talk for hours on the phone. In short
we have fallen for each other. Jessica is a very hard working bright 24 year old
single mother. She was diagnosed of stage3 leukemia and was given 6 months to
live.
I have
heard about Father Fernando from Quintin Garcia, a golfing body of mine. Without
hesitation, I downloaded his schedule on the website. On Sept.18 in St. Genevieve
Church, Panorama City I attended the Eucharistic Celebration and Healing Service.
The
"Modern Day Miracle" just unfolded that night.Jessica has been so devastated
to find out that she has only six months to live and told me she wanted to die
sooner to shorten her painful agony. She had so much sleepless nights that it
worsened her condition. Three doctors who are cancer specialist from different
hospitals confirmed her condition was hopeless that a bone morrow transplant can
only extend her life a bit longer. She forcefully checked out herself off the
hospital and defied the doctor's order to stay. These are her exact text messages
she sent me " I'm asking dem to discharge me. Yoko maaksaya oras ko d2. Dn't
b sad, everything wil b fine...I'l go bak to work 2mrow..mgphinga k nrin jan.
d nko umiiyak tapos na. Ok nko." "I'm so dpresd and I wana die ryt hir
, ryt now.
I
don't wana prolong my agony...sbra hrap ng klagayan ko, dko p mtanggp." I
knew she has the desire to live, I told her to focus on God's healing powers.
On the day before I went to church, I sent her an email..."You know, magkaroon
ng miraculo sa buhay mo! I will have an encounter with the LORD at hilingin ko
sa kanya na I-heal niya ang iyong karamdaman." These messages I sent her
were very assuring because I truly believe deep in my heart that a "miracle
will happen" These words just came from nowhere!
At
the end of the day, I asked three of my employees to come with me to join this
healing session. We all drove to the church early to make sure we would have enough
time to prepare ourselves with all procedures that may be required for the healing
session. We all lined-up out side to secure our color coding, as it is a procedure
to be able to secure our turn for Father Fernando to bless us. I was given red
ticket (color code for cancer) that bears the words "You'll Never Walk Alone"
with no. "125" on it. I noticed that others have a red ticket but doesn't
bear anything! During the Offertory I pulled 2-$20 bills from my wallet but quickly
changed my mind and instead I chose the $100 bill so it's easier to fold and knot
as I usually do that to symbolize my faith! After receiving the Eucharist I knew
right then that the Lord has taken over me because I couldn't help but sob like
a baby.
When Father
Fernando got to me, he reached at my left hand and asked me what my problem was?
"Father, I am asking the Lord to heal my friend from her illness!" What's
her name? "Jessica Prado!"
He
touched my forehead and tapped my chest then I allowed myself to fall back! My
heart started to race that I did not want to move while I stared at the ceiling.
I closed my eyes for few seconds until I felt the helping hands of the catchers
trying to raise me up. They stood me up like I was weightless and I felt good!
I waited at the end of the church for my group so we can all leaves the church
together and the time was about 10 PM. As we gathered, again I reiterate to them
convincingly that a miracle is going to happen! Sure enough, 30 minute after I
arrived at my office at approximately 11 PM my cellular phone rang and guess who
was calling? That was Jessica yelling with joy asking me to listen to her story!!!
You know what I told her? I said Jessica, I already know! She was crying at the
end telling me that her doctor broke the news to her about the later test that
came back has been completely different from the first ones and that it was downgraded
to stage1 and her cancer is now curable! "I told her that this is the miracle
I have been asking the Lord to perform for her" I couldn't help but jump
up and down with tears of joy! I was sobbing all night with joy in my heart. I
have never in my lifetime would believe that God will use me as an instrument
to such miracle like this! GOD IS GOOD! AWESOME!

name is Leanne,
I shared with you last year my testimony of healing of a cyst
on my right hand. I wanted to confirm with you, that I am still pain free after
1 year. My pain never returned, PRAISE GOD! I attended the healing conference
again this year in Vancouver BC with you and Fr. Jeff, and again received a healing
of a voice problem that I have been having for over a year. I have been struggling
with laryngitis since last November (2005), and my singing voice had all but disappeared,
which for me, a proffesional singer/musician, and worship team leader, was very
painful both spiritually and physically. I have seen many doctors and specialists
for this problem, and am scheduled to go to a special clinic on Oct 5 to discuss
possible solutions. I am confident now, that we will all see this appointment
will no longer be neccessary! Thank you Jesus. Thank you Frs. Fernando and Jeff
for your openness to Christ working through you. May your ministries continue
to be blessed by His love and I thank you for reminding me
of His presence

a your healing service on Sept. 1st at St. Maurice Parish.
However, in
the mean time I would like to explain the Healing my mother had on Sept. 1st.
My mother her name, Maria Cuglietta, had a very sore knee. The pain was unbearable
for about 4 to 5 weeks. She was limping, lost weight and was very pale. That night
she came to your healing service, The Miracle took place as you were praying over
everyone during your homily. At first the pain had gotten worse for a few minutes
and then suddenly after 4 to 5 weeks of horrible pain. IT WAS ALL GONE (right
there and then).
She could not believe it, that it could happen so suddenly
as it did. She got up and walked normally to the candles. Praise God. She did
not say anything that evening, for she was almost confused and she is also very
shy. Many weeks have gone by and she is still PAIN FREE. She would like to Thank
You Fr. Fernando and she also of course Thanks our Heavenly Lord and Father.
My mother had surgery back in May, and for a full recovery, she needs to walk
30 minutes a day, which she could not do before and is now able to. Thank you
Again.

Dearest
Father Fernando,
Please allow me this opportunity to send my familyÂ’s
deepest thanks for healing my MotherÂ’s hearing. We came to see you
on September 13 at the Megatrade Mall. We despaired that we wouldnÂ’t
be able to see you. Thousands came. although we thought we would be some of the
first there, the lines going into the 6 PM Mass was already 2 floors down from
the 5th floor of Megamall. The doors were shut during the Mass, so we depaired
even more, but continued to stand in line, hoping against hope for the chance
to see you and be touched by the Holy Spirit. At past 12 midnight, your exhaustion
was very much apparent. We worried even more, for you and that we would not be
able to see you. You looked so tired and yet, you strove to touch all the people
there. Bless you for all your kindness, selflessness and efforts, Father! My mother
had been progressively losing hearing of the left ear for over a year, but it
is now fully restored! Praise GOD!!! Praise GOD!!! Praise GOD!!! And thank you
so very much, Father Fernando. May you always be blessed and may you reach ever
growing numbers around the world in your healing ministry.
Incidentally,
my mother has also been a diabetic for many years. Although we have yet to get
her blood sugar checked, we have complete faith that you have also healed her
of her diabetes. Most definitely, your prayers for her continued healing would
be greatly and deeply appreciated. Already we are indebted to you for life, Father
Fernando.

if there is anything at all that I and my family can do to be of assistance in
your ministry, I ask your kind administrators to please just let me know. Once

I am one of the people who attended your healing mass
in SM
Megamall last Sept. 13, 2006. I have Polycythemia, an incurable blood
disease.
The time i came there, i have few days to live as the doctor
said. You have
touch me and healed me. I believe that God have also
touch me thru your hands.
Right now, i'm feeling better and doesnt
take any medicines and also still

Father Fernando,
My 11-year-old son, Isaac, and I recently attended the
Catholic Charismatic Conference in Vancouver where you and Fr. Jeff were the featured
speakers. It was Isaac's idea that we come (we live about a 7-8 hour bus ride
away) and he was fully prepared to be healed, although he said that if God chose
that he not be healed, "it would be just as good to see it happen to someone
else". I just wanted to let you know that by the Grace of God, Isaac was
healed of his asthma after suffering from it all his life!
He has been
measuring his lung capacity/strength twice a day for the past two years, and the
measurements that he is getting now are unlike anything we have ever seen before!
Our doctor (a strong Catholic himself) has told us that if the measurements are
good for five days, we can consider Isaac truly healed and he doesn't need to
take medication anymore. Today is Day 5 - tomorrow will be his first drug free
day since he was a small child.
Thank you so much for answering God's
call and exercising His gift of healing. I know it comes at a high personal cost
to you, and I am grateful that you are willing to make the sacrifices necessary
to bring Christ's healing to His people.
You prayed over me in April re:
healing of my infertility. My husband and I have two children here and three in
heaven (who died in my womb). We remain open to life and God's will - I don't
know if God chose to heal me physically, but the anxiety and tremendous grief
surrounding the loss of these precious babes has been eased by our precious Saviour,
and for that I am grateful.

Dear
Father Fernando,
On March 22, 2006 I attended a healing mass at St Michael
in Halifax.
I had been suffering from pain in my neck due to a deteriorated
disk
in my neck. Sleeping was difficult because I could not find relief no
matter
what kind of pillow I tried. I went in front to receive
healing and that night
even thought I slept in a strange bed with my
good friend I slept like a baby.
My
neck pain has not returned. I have been healed.
I also sent you an e-mail to
ask for your prayers to heal my brother
Joseph who had a bad fall, and my brother
in law Sylvain who was
suffering from inoperable pancreas cancer. The doctors
operated and
closed him up and sent him home to die. They gave him 4 months
to
live. He was expected to die by July 2006. He decided that he would
not
take chemo treatments as his chances of survival were not good.
He is now feeling
good, has good color and the doctors said that his
cancer has not progress
and they say that they believe that it is a
miracle.
Thank
you Jesus for all the healing, and thank you Father Fernando
for interceding
to Jesus for us.
